Every year, Spoons Across America acknowledges the contributions of individuals who have dedicated themselves to helping children, adults, families, and communities to live healthier lives.

The Spoons Across America Award for Excellence:

We created this award to honor the extraordinary careers of individuals working in the Culinary Arts, and to acknowledge their commitment to promoting healthy eating, access to quality food, and creative culinary and nutrition-based educational programming.

Julia V. Jordan Award for Volunteerism:

This special award was named after our Founder Julia V. Jordan to recognize individuals who have generously given their time, talent, and expertise to advance the missions of organizations who provide food educational programming, and opportunities for children, adults, and families.
