Your gift of $2,500 supports The Dinner Party Project® for one 5th Grade classroom for a semester, engaging students in the entire process of planning, preparing and sharing a delicious meal with family and friends.

Your gift of $1,500 supports Spoons Recipe Days for one 4th Grade classroom for the school year, that encourages children to taste and prepare fresh, local and seasonal foods; share meals with friends and family; expand one’s tastes; and promotes the importance of eating healthy, tasty foods.

Your  gift of $1,000 supports Farm to Book® for one 2nd Grade classroom for the school year, to enable Spoons trained educators to read a food-related storybook and lead a tasting and curriculum activity.

Your gift of $500 supports Take a Taste with Spoons for one 3rd Grade classroom for three weeks,  to help students learn to identify elements of taste (sweet, sour, salty, bitter); develop their food-related vocabulary; and understand the importance of eating fresh, locally produced food.

Your gift of $100 supports Agriculture Literacy Week for one 2nd or 3rd Grade classroom for a one-day program,  to learn about New York state agriculture – what kinds of food are grown and produced in the state, what areas these foods come from and the people who are involved in growing and producing them.
