Award for Excellence
Created in 2015 to honor individuals dedicated to food education and nutrition literacy, the 2018 Individual Award for Excellence will be given to Andrew Zimmern for his dedication to empowering children and their families to develop healthy relationships with food.
Julia V. Jordan Award for Volunteerism
Created in 2018 to honor volunteers who support educating children, teachers, and families about the benefits of healthy eating. The first Julia V. Jordan Award for Volunteerism will be given to Robert “Chef Bobo” Surles for his commitment to encouraging children to excite all their senses, to taste new healthy foods, and to develop a healthy food curiosity.
The evening will feature a cocktail hour followed by dinner and awards ceremony, with exciting auctions – purchase your tickets now!
